Pine Creek Rural Fire brigade worked with INLOC to demonstrate their existing skills as well as develop new ones during their chainsaw training with a high focus on safe work practices.

Rural firefighters use chainsaws for fire management and creating fire breaks. Trim and cross cuts were practised before moving onto plunge cuts and finishing off the course by producing a small chair out of a log! This group of men made easy work of it, showing off their years of experience.
